The pricing of our slate here at Maine Slate and Stone is competitive with other similarly categorized products found at your local landscape supply retailer.

          We are product suppliers, so generally we sell through a retailer who stocks our slate, who then makes it available to you. If by chance you desire our slate and your local stone yard does not stock our products, there are two options: request that your local yard obtain our product for you (a bonus for you since most will provide free onsite delivery and consultation), or contact us directly for your own personalized shipment.

          All of our products are sold at wholesale pricing and we provide FOB shipping services. This means that we will arrange for and load an outgoing truck for free and the customer pays the freight charges for the transport of the order.  The customer needs to have available a suitable fork lift truck in which to unload product upon delivery. This has to be performed in a reasonable amount of time, as most freight companies charge extra for idle time.

          As with any other stone supplier, all orders are COD (freight included). Other terms may be negotiated through our main office upon request.
